Analytics manager who takes a problem from the analysis to the fix that ships, whether that's a model, an automation, or production AI. At Nike I automated reporting and ops workflows for the marketplace teams (several cutting 10+ hours a week) and built a production AI agent that migrates Alteryx to Databricks from chat. Before Nike I managed a 3-person analytics team at Heyday across six DTC brands (€100M+ revenue) with hiring and performance-review input, and earlier my margin-risk models at ShipBob drove >$1M in savings.   1. Senior Supply Chain Analyst at Nike

    Hilversum, Netherlands

    • Own the data pipeline planners and operational executives run the daily order book reconciliation on, across Nike's marketplace partners and wholesalers
    • Drive Nike's MSC AI Accelerator program: meet planning, delivery and ops teams to scope their needs, then ship the agents and automations that solve them
    • Built and shipped a production AI agent that migrates Alteryx workflows to Databricks from chat, with cross-session memory and auto-generated docs
    • Sat with the planning and delivery teams to build the scripts and automations behind a smarter planning process, including a product-launch pipeline that gives a team of 8 analysts ~2 hours back each week
    • Kept marketplace reporting and analytics running through Nike's SAP S/4HANA migration. Rebuilt data flows, validated outputs, fixed what broke

    Next.js, FastAPI, YOLO11-pose, ffmpeg, Claude VLM

    AI video editor for dancers, live at vidkit.tippinmonk.com. Upload a raw multi-dancer class clip, pick who to follow, and it returns a vertical 9:16 reel locked on that dancer in about 76 seconds. Built solo, end to end: YOLO11 pose-tracking, an L1 optimal camera-path solver, and a single-pass ffmpeg render, with a Claude VLM framing-grader in the local build.

    Personal finance web app focused on behavioral change through spending experiments. Banking integration (600+ EU banks via Tink), AI-powered BCI scoring algorithm, and real-time analytics. Built end-to-end with Claude Code + API. Deployed on Cloudflare Pages.
